What counts against a plan
Only messages and calls that are actually translated — that is, sent between two different languages — count against a plan’s monthly allowance. Chat and calls in the same language are not counted, and receiving is never counted. The monthly allowance renews at the start of each calendar month.
Billing
- Price per month in US dollars, with an approximate price in your own currency beside it. Cancel any time.
- Website payments are processed by CardCom. When you subscribe on this website, the payment is taken on CardCom’s secure hosted page (PCI DSS Level 1) directly by our merchant account HLO-MEDIA. Your card details never reach Trilyo.
- Subscriptions renew automatically. A subscription continues and renews at the same price every month until it is cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for.
- You can cancel at any time. A website subscription is cancelled by writing to support@trilyo.app; the plan then stops at the end of the month you already paid for.
- Refunds and the statutory right to cancel a transaction are set out in the Refund Policy, which is part of theTerms of Use.
How to buy
You buy the plan here, on this website — monthly, in your own currency, and it opens on your phone too. The app itself is free to download from theApp Store for iPhone or fromGoogle Play for Android, and you sign in with the same account you used here.
